What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order even a single bottle.
When do I qualify for free delivery?
Free delivery is available for orders of HKD 1000 or above.
What happens if my order is below HKD 1000?
Orders below HKD 1000 will be delivered via SF Express. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer upon delivery. Estimated shipping cost is around HKD 40–50 per bottle.
What's your delivery timeframe?
Standard Hong Kong delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on location and order size.
Can you deliver to multiple Hong Kong addresses?
Yes — we can arrange deliveries to multiple Hong Kong addresses for corporate and bulk orders.
Do you offer personalisation or gift notes?
Gift notes and wrapping are not currently available. For larger or special orders, please contact us directly.
