Manang Valley Wine Shop is operated by TAGERA TRADERS LIMITED, Hong Kong.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered where goods are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise approved by us.
Customers should notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting info@manangvalleyhk.com and providing the order number together with proof of purchase.
Where a return is approved, items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Opened bottles, consumed products, or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us or our approved delivery partner.
Where customers are required to return goods, return shipping costs and transit risks remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service for approved returns.
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to banking providers.
